{"id":128565,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/actividad-de-las-proteasas-bacterianas-en-sistemas-de-depuracion-biologicos\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"actividad-de-las-proteasas-bacterianas-en-sistemas-de-depuracion-biologicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/actividad-de-las-proteasas-bacterianas-en-sistemas-de-depuracion-biologicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Actividad de las proteasas bacterianas en sistemas de depuracion biologicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Julian Garcia Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las actividades de algunos de los enzimas bacterianos responsables de la biodegradacin de la materia organica de las aguas rsiduales se estan investigando en los ultimos a\u00f1os como indices del grado de actividad de los sistemas biologicos de depuracion.En este trabajo se ha desarrollado un nuevo procedimiento para determinar la velocidad de hidrolisis de los enlaces peptidicos por las proteasas bacterianas, utilizando como sustrato gelatina y como reactivo para valorar los grupos animo libres generados en el transcurso de la reaccion el acido 2,4,6 trinitrobencenosulfonico.De los resultados experimentales obtenidos utilizando todo activado procedente de una planta piloto se concluye que: 1) la precision del metodo propuesto es elevada; 2) la velocidad de hidrolisis es optima a ph 7; 3) cada 10. C se triplica la actividad enzimatica del lodo, en el intervalo de temperaturas de 10. A 35.C; 4) al aumentar la edad del lodo aumenta su actividad; 5) los iones cu(ii)y zn(ii) inhiben la actividad enzimatica del lodo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
