La localizacion de antigenos nucleares combinada con metodos citoquimicos, asi como hibridacion in situ y otros metodos moleculares in situ han permitido detectar dna, rna, snrnps, rrna, rdna, hibridos dna\/rna y proteinas nucleares y nucleolares especificas relacionadas con la maquinaria de replicacion, transcripcion y procesamiento que han permitido determinar los cambios dinamicos de la organizacion del nucleo, visualizar subcomportamientos funcionales del mismo durante los diferentes estados fisiologicos de actividad y definir subdominios estructurales y funcionales en la region intercromatinica. Este abordaje nos ha permitido caracterizar por primera vez el estado fisiologico mas adecuado, la microspora vacuolada tardia, en que tiene lugar un periodo de replicacion de dna que resulto ser el estadio de desarrollo mas susceptible para responder a las se\u00f1ales de estres que inducen embriogenesis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
