Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se llevo a cabo la purificacion de la lipasa de candida rugosa, empleando diversas metodolog\u00edas, obteniendose finalmente dos isoformas, lipasa a y lipasa b.Estas dos isoenzimas se han caracterizado por sus espectros de fluorescencia, electroforesis y determinacion de triptofanos.La actividad esterasica y lipasica de estos derivados se ha estudiado en diversas reacciones:  hidrolisis de esteres, hidrolisis de aceite de oliva y resolucion de acidos (r,s) 2-aril propionicos. Se comparo la sensibilidad de las enzimas a la presencia de iones (reacciones de hidrolisis) o a la naturaleza del disolvente (reacciones de sintesis).  las diferentes lipasas se han modificado quimicamente mediante dos metodolog\u00edas, metoxipolietilenglicol y tetranitrometono, obteniendose finalmente biocatalizadores mas activos para las reacciones de sintesis.
