Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dentro de las alteraciones adquiridas del desarrollo, la subnutricion se puede considerar como la perturbacion clave. En nuestro grupo hemos establecido que la subnutricion desde el periodo gestante produce una mala secrecion de insulina junto a una hipersensiblidad de la hormona en tejido periferico. En este trabajo se estudia sistematicamente para un mismo modelo de subnutricion el efecto de la restriccion sobre la secrecion de insulina.  de manena global, se establece el ultimo tercio de la gestacion como etapa clave a considerar sobre las repercusiones de la subnutricion en etapas inmaduras en la secrecion de insulina. Por otra parte, las alteraciones en la secrecion de insulina de animales adultos subnutridos desde el periodo fetal, muestran que no parecen deberse a una consecuencia provocada por un mal desarrollo del pancreas sino a una adaptacion funcional a la falta de nutrientes.
