Elisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los avances tecnicos en terapeutica conlleva un uso extensivo de dispositivos intravasculares, que junto con los enormes beneficios que supone el facilitar el acceso a la circulacion sanguinea, presenta ciertos riesgos potenciales, de los cuales, la infeccion es el mas relevante.Se sabe que las proteinas del plasma recubren los cateteres una vez introducidos en el vaso sanguineo y puesto que en las infecciones de estos dispositivos los patogenos mas frecuentemente aislados son los estafilococos: staphylococcus epidermidis y staphylococcus aureus, en este trabajo se ha estudiado el papel de la fibronectina y el conjunto de las proteinas plasmaticas en la adherencia de estos microosganismos a los cateteres de vialon y teflon, comprobar la influencia de algunos parametros sobre la adherencia estilococica al cateter y cuantificar los efectos de distintos antimicrobianos en la adherencia de s.Epidermidis y s.Aureus.Tras realizar dichos estudios hemos comprobado que las proteinas palasmaticas en general afectan de forma positiva la adherencia de s.Aureaus, por el contrario no afectan la adherencia de s.Epidermidis.
