Para ello se sirve de una metodolog\u00eda comparat\u00edstica que contextualiza la produci\u00f3n po\u00e9tica de estos dos autores en el \u00e1mbito m\u00e1s amplio de la poes\u00eda europea del siglo xvii y dentro del marco de las tradiciones literarias heredadas del renacimiento. As\u00ed el estudio se estructura en torno a tres grandes bloques: por un parte se propone una revisi\u00f3n de las figuras de donne y quevedo en el panorama art\u00edstico europeo de los siglos xvi y xvii, especialmente en el contexto de la poes\u00eda metaf\u00edsica y conceptista, asi como un repaso de la extraordinaria literatura cr\u00edtica que se ha generado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y una reevaluaci\u00f3n de lo femenio. En la segunda parte se hace un estudio detenido del tratamiento de la figura femenina en el corpus po\u00e9tico de donne y quevedo, estructurado en torno a dos grandes tradiciones literiarias: el petrarquismo y el neoplatonimos.El an\u00e1lisis de la figura femenina a la luz de la po\u00e9tica petrarquistagira en torno a la lixicalizacion de met\u00e1foras en la representaci\u00f3n del effictio y la fragmentaci\u00f3n a la que el cuerpo femenino es sometido. Tambi\u00e9n la po\u00e9tica petrarquista recoge una representaci\u00f3n de los feminino como principio de creaci\u00f3n y destruccion, que se manifiesta no s\u00f3lo en la l\u00edrica amorosa sino tambi\u00e9n en la poes\u00eda funeraria y en comi\u00e1stica. la tradicci\u00f3n neoplat\u00f3nica, por su parte, tiene una incidencia importante en la construcci\u00f3n de retratos femeninos, sobre todo en la representaci\u00f3n de la donna angelicta, fiura  femenina idealizada e intelectualidazada que se aleja en la belel dame sans merci petrarquista. La presencia de estas dos tradiciones literarias y del antipetrarquismo como discurso tambi\u00e9n altamente codificado muestra el car\u00e1cter maracadamente ortodoxo  y convencional de gran parte de
