Se registro la evolucion del bloqueo con el t1, t4 tr y el dbs. Aquellos pacientes que no recuperaron su funcion neuromuscular espontaneamente fueron revertidos con dosis de neostigmina y atropina ajustadas en funcion del peso y del grado de bloqueo residual a dosis considerablemente menores de las habituales para reducir la incidencia de los efectos secundarios inducidos por la neostimina.  0,035mg\/kg de neostigmina para 0-1 respuestas al t4; 0,03 mg\/kg para t4=2 respuestas; 0,025 mg\/kg para t(=3) y 0,02 mg\/kg para t4=4.  siempre con atropina a mitad de las dosis propuestas de neostigmina.
