Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado un estudio experimental de la respuesta histologica del complejo dentino-pulpar a un tratamiento de blanqueamiento dental con peroxido de hidrogeno mas calor en 9 perros.Se sacrificaron los animales en tres periodos de tiempo y se evaluaron las muestras siguiendo unos criterios de evaluacion histologica de cada periodo.Los resultados obtenidos muestran cuando se aplica peroxido de hidrogeno mas calor, la presencia de una reaccion inflamatoria aguda en el periodo inicial, que aunque persiste en el periodo intermedio, va remitiendo con el paso del tiempo; cuando se aplica agua destilada mas calor se aprecia una reaccion de vasodilatacion y no se observan cambios histologicos en los dientes utilizados como control.Se concluye que el tratamiento en estudio produce una respuesta histologica sobre el complejo dentino-pulpar que es reversible con el tiempo, y que es el peroxido de hidrogeno el causante de la reaccion inflamatoria, no reflejandose irritacion directa por el calor aplicado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio experimental del efecto histologico provocado por un tratamiento de blanqueamiento dental con peroxido de hidrogeno y calor en el complejo dentino-pulpar del diente de perro.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio experimental del efecto histologico provocado por un tratamiento de blanqueamiento dental con peroxido de hidrogeno y calor en el complejo dentino-pulpar del diente de perro. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Oteo Calatayud M.
