Para ello se ha construido una genoteca parcial enriquecida para secuencias repetitivas (ga). De la secuenciaci\u00f3n de 43 clones, se han obtenido 13 secuencias micosat\u00e9lites, cinco de las cuales amplificaron productos polim\u00f3rficos del tama\u00f1o seperado. se han optimizado las condiciones de amplificaic\u00f3n de los ssrs, se han comparado distintas matrices de electroforesis (agarosa,p liacrilamida desnaturalizante y no desnaturalizante) y se ha puesto a punto un sistema fluorescente de detecci\u00f3n de productos de amplificaci\u00f3n (abi 310, applied biosystems).  el polimorfismo de los microsat\u00e9lites desarrollados se ha evaluado en una colecci\u00f3n de 51 cultivares de olivo. La alta capacidad discriminatoria de los ssrs ha permitido identificar el 90% de las variedades analizadas, 15 de ellas mediante alelos \u00fanicos o combinaciones al\u00e9licas \u00fanicas en un solo locus.La transferibildiad de los ssrs de olivo se ha confirmado en 32 individuos de 15 especies del g\u00e9nero olea, en los que se detect\u00f3 polimorfismo a nivel intra e interespec\u00edfico. Se ha evaluado la paternaidad de m\u00e1s de 300 individuos procedentes de cruzamientos entres distintas variedades de olivo.Los microsat\u00e9ltites se han revelado como un instrumento muy eficaz en la detecci\u00f3n de individuos procedentes de contaminaciones por polen extra\u00f1o, e incluso han permitido identificar akl posible genitor paterno de una porgenie en la que se sospechaba de un error cometido durante el cruzamiento. Finalmente, se han intentado mapear 12 microsat\u00e9lites (cuatro de los aqu\u00ed desarrollados y ocho recientemente publicados) en la poblaci\u00f3n \u00ableccino\u00bb x \u00abdolce agogia\u00bb. Al menos seis ssrs se a\u00f1adieron a grupos de ligamiento de cada parental, establecidos en base a marcadores rapd, aflp y rflp.
