De todos ellos el que se analizara comparativamente con los anteriores sera el tratado de palomino el \u00abmuseo pictorico y escala optica\u00bb. Este tratado es el que mas extensamente contempla las tres variedades de pintura mural, al temple, al fresco y al oleo, tambien refleja un claro conocimiento del saber artistico de su momento en esta faceta en particular, tanto a nivel teorico como practico.  en el \u00abmuseo pictorico y escala optica\u00bb palomino describe las modalidades pictoricas de uso parietal con mas profundidad y detalle del barroco espa\u00f1ol. Sobre todo el fresco puesto que ademas fue un gran practico del mismo.  su experiencia pictorica mural queda claramente reflejada en su texto y algunas de sus obras murales pintadas seran asimismo analizadas en este estudio. Finalmente tras el analisis de los elementos de algunas de las obras de palomino, se han hallado muchas similitudes entre estas realizaciones y su teorica, con lo que en general se demuestra una gran
