La tesis central defendida es doble: por un lado se afirma que la logica de dicho discurso puede reducirse a la dialectica de dos principios: lo utopico y lo burocratico. Por otro, se afirma que las formulas institucionales a traves de las que ambos principios se han venido articulando han perdido hay dia gran parte de su credibilidad social, lo que ha sumido a la
