El numero de complicaciones hemorragicas durante ese periodo ha sido inferior en el grupo de la enoxaparina, no obstante sin alcanzar significacion estadistica.  en conclusion la profilaxis secundaria de la trombosis venosa profunda con 40 mg subcutaneos de enoxaparina, en una dosis diaria durante tres meses estan eficaz, y probablemente mas segura que la anticoagulacion oral (inr
