En la primera parte, se precisan los conceptos manejados en la investigacion, como son la motivacion, el proceso de evaluacion y la administracion del salario, el papel otorgado a la retribucion por las distintas teorias sobre motivacion, y se realiza una investigacion preliminar sobre las connotaciones que el dinero puede tener para el individuo. La segunda parte, comienza con una descripcion del ambito en el que se desenvuelve el conjunto de personal analizadas. Se realiza una investigacion para descubrir las necesidades del personal de las entidades financieras, que lugar ocupa la retribucion dineraria en sus prioridades y el nivel de satisfaccion con la misma. La tercera parte, son las conclusiones destacando: la consideracion del dinero como un instrumento, una de las primeras necesidades y un elemento fundamental. Por lo que respecta a los trabajadores de las entidades financieras a pesar de la existencia de componentes variables en su retribucion, estos no cumplen su objetivo de motivacion, es necesario un
