Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El glp-1(7-36)amida (glucagon-like peptide o glp-1t) es un peptido gastrointestinal de fuerte caracter insulinotropico dependiente de glucosa, y estan descritos receptores para glp-1t en el pancreas, en las celulas gastricas, en el cerebro y en el tejido adiposo. Ademas, se ha propuesto un papel antidiabetogenico de este peptido. En este trabajo, hemos querido detectar y estudiar las caracteristicas de los posibles receptores para los peptidos glp-1 en tejidos extrapancreaticos que intervienen en el control de la glucemia, como son el higado y el musculo.  para ello, se incubaron membranas procedentes de estos tejidos extraidos de la rata, con los peptidos glp-1(1-37) y glp-1(7-36)amida, marcados radiactivamente con 125 , y se observo una union especifica que fue desplazable por estos peptidos no radiactivos, por otros derivados de la molecula del proglucagon (glp-2 y glucagon) y por insulina.  ademas, se ha continuado la caracterizacion de estos receptores mediante cromatografia de afinidad con lectinas, para obtener informacion sobre sus posibles cadenas glicosidicas, y tambien por tratamiento con un cross-linker y electroforesis en geles de poliacrilamida, para conocer su peso molecular y numero de unidades monomericas.
