{"id":129220,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/calculos-de-espectros-vibracionales-por-transferencia-de-factores-de-escala-aplicacion-a-aminoacidos\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"calculos-de-espectros-vibracionales-por-transferencia-de-factores-de-escala-aplicacion-a-aminoacidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/calculos-de-espectros-vibracionales-por-transferencia-de-factores-de-escala-aplicacion-a-aminoacidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Calculos de espectros vibracionales por transferencia de factores de escala: aplicacion a aminoacidos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Monta\u00f1ez Robles Miguel Angel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado de forma conjunta el espectro vibracional de los aminoacidos glicina, alanina, aspartico, asparagina y las formas anionicas, con el objetivo de analizar sus espectros sers.Para el acido aspartico, asparagina y los aniones se ha calculado el espectro vibracional en disolucion acuosa por transferencia de factores de escala, lo que nos ha permitido asignar los fundamentales registrados en los respectivos espectros, sers, determinar la especie adsorbida a la superficie del metal y a traves de que grupos funcionales, asi como la posible orientacion de la molecula respecto de la superficie metalica.Los factores de escala se han obtenido mediante el estudio de un conjunto de moleculas organicas alquilicas, que han sido cuidadosamente seleccionadas, y cuyas asignaciones estan claramente establecidas. En la mayoria de los casos se han hecho uso de datos experimentales de derivados isotopicos para evaluar la calidad del campo de fuerzas ajustado para cada molecula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
