Cruz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis comprende: 1.- La puesta a punto de metodos fluorimetricos de determinacion cuantitativa de compuestos organicos usados como aditivos alimentarios (curcumin, hidrazida maleica y dulcin) siendo las tecnicas de fluorescencia empleadas directa, sincrono y de derivadas. 2. Aplicaciones analiticas de la fluorescencia en medios rigidos (en geles obtenidos a partir de matrices de tetraetilortosilicato (teos) y tetrametilortosilicato (tmos).
