Por esto, se han seleccionado dos importantes dialogos platonicos, gorgias y fedro, donde se desarrollan una multitud de temas, vinculandolos con los aspectos antes citados, y en los cuales se puede apreciar si platon vario sus concepciones fundamentales sobre la realidad retorica, etica y politica o si por el contrario permanecio manteniendo una unidad de pensamiento a lo largo del amplio periodo en el que desarrollo su labor intelectual.  paralelamente, el trabajo aborda cuestiones historicas, teniendo en cuenta la conexion entre el individuo y el momento social en el que se desenvuelve, y de este modo, intentar esclarecer las diferentes perspectivas de la produccion platonica, relacionando las conclusiones obtenidas con el conjunto de la obra de platon, asi como con
