Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio morfologico y cuantitativo de las celulas c tiroideas de la rata wistar durante el desarrollo postnatal, en condiciones fisiologicas y tras irradiacion laser ir. Para ello se han empleado 24 animales que se han dividido en 6 grupos.  en el trabajo se han determinado tres fases diferentes a lo largo del desarrollo postnatal de las celulas c, a los 11, 21 y 35 dias. La primera fase corresponde a un periodo de gran actividad de sintesis (fase de crecimiento). La segunda fase o inicio de la maduracion celular, se caracteriza por un aumento de la densidad numerica de granulos de secrecion. En la tercera fase, de maduracion estable, aumenta el numero y el tama\u00f1o de los granulos (granulos tipo i).
