Tras explorar las tecnicas propuestas en la literatura para la realizacion mediante circuitos analogicos de los operadores usados en sistemas de inferencia difusa, se presentan tecnicas de circuito para la realizacion, por primera vez, de controladores neuro-difusos como chips analogicos de proposito especifico en tecnolog\u00edas cmos estandar. A fin de obtener programabilidad completa del controlador, se presenta una familia de transitores compuestos para la incorporacion modular de la programabilidad; mediante se\u00f1ales de control analogicas o digitales. Se proponen algoritmos de aprendizaje orientados a la realizacion hardware y se comprueba su eficacia sobre modelos del controlador que contemplan las no-idealidades. Finalmente, se presentan resultados de prototipos de los bloques de dise\u00f1o y de dos controladores completos en tecnolog\u00edas cmos estandar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
