En la primera, se desarrollan las bases teoricas y juridicas que dan forma y sentido a la actual reforma educativa y, en la segunda, se recogen todos los antecedentes del estudio de campo realizado.  la primera parte consta de dos capitulos. En el primero, se hace referencia a los preceptos constitucionales y juridicos en que se fundamenta y se desarrolla la normativa de la reforma sistema educativo, y en el segundo, se desarrolla la idea de la escuela como centro de los cambios y de la innovacion educativa.  el estudio de campo, se recoge en la segunda parte y esta dividido en dos capitulos. En el capitulo tercero, se desarrollan los aspectos relacionados con la metodolog\u00eda de la investigacion, la opcion metodologica asumida, los metodos, estrategias y tecnicas de investigacion que se han utilizado y el proceso que se ha desarrollado.  por su parte en el capitulo cuarto, se recogen los resultados e interpretaciones de los datos recogidos.  finalmente la tesis concluye con un comentario final e interpretacion que se desprenden del analisis de los datos.  el ultimo apartado se dedica a la bibliografia utilizada en esta investigacion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
