Se ha continuado el estudio del proceso de isomerizacion que tiene lugar en 6-formil-2,3,4-trimetoxifenil complejos de pd(ii) el cual fue iniciado con anterioridad por miembros del grupo de quimica organometalica.  se describen los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de la reactividad de ortoformil y orto-acetil-trimetoxifenil complejos de paladio(ii) frente a alquinos, obteniendo diferentes tipos de productos organicos dependiendo del complejo de partida, del alquino utilizado y de las condiciones de reaccion. Los productos organicos obtenidos han sido indenoles, indenonas y benzofulvenos (resultado de la insercion de un alquino en el enlace pd-c) y espirocompuestos (resultado de la insercion de dos alquinos en el enlace pd-c). Se ha estudiado la quimio- y regioselectividad partiendo de un complejo quiral.
