En este ambiente de competici\u00f3n global como el actual, distintas investigaciones muestran que las firmas de \u00e9xito poseen ciertas caracter\u00edsticas intangibles espec\u00edficas. Sin embargo,los estudios realizados hasta ahora han investigado los factores intangibles de la firma bien de una forma aislada o han considerado a la firma como una caja negra. por este motivo, muestra tesis doctoral surge con el \u00e1nimo de contribuir a la mejora de la gesti\u00f3n empresarial, tratando de superar este gap de la investigaci\u00f3n en la disciplina de marketing.  del conjunto de intangibles de la empresa nos centramos en aquellos que van a ser objeto de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica: la cultura corporativa, la orientaci\u00f3n al mercado, la reputaci\u00f3n corporativa, y el valor de la marca. En primer lugar, y apoyando la idea de que la principal fuente para alcanzar una ventaja competitiva sostenida en el mercado reside en determinados recursos intangiles por su capacidad de generar un mayor valor para el cliente, consideramos que son estos recursos los que ejercen uan influencia mayor en los resultados en comparaci\u00f3n con los factores ambientales y de la estrategia competitiva.A continuaci\u00f3n planteamos el modelo estructural donde quedan reflejadas las interrelaciones de los intangibles, tanto en direcci\u00f3n y magnitud, con los resultados de la empresa.  elegido el sector de la empresas fabricantes comprendidas entre los n\u00fameros 20 a 39 de c\u00f3digo sic, captamos los datos de cada unidad de an\u00e1lisis, para emplear el an\u00e1lisis de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales en la evalauci\u00f3n de las escalas de medida empleadas y contrastaci\u00f3n de las principales hip\u00f3tesis planteadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
