La fuente \u00abvis atractiva\u00bb que ha manifestado sobre muy diversos colectivos es en buena parte de vida a la amplia nocion de trabajador por cuenta propia elaborada por su decreto regulador. A la investigacion de los elementos que conforman tal concepto se dedica la primera parte de este trabajo, abordandose en la segunda parte la, con frecuencia, muy compleja delimitacion de los
