En m180 este fragmento es de 318 pb; en m 210, de 226 pb; y en m230, de 4,5 kb. Entre estos tres elementos no se ha encontrado ninguna secuencia de nucleotidos especifica comun en los nuevos enlaces generados.  se ha encontrado una secuencia de 370 pb repetida varias veces en el genoma de l. Major. Aparecen tres copias de dicha secuencia (rs1, rs2 y rs3) repetidas de manera directa en la region que origina a m210 y m230.
