Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo de investigacion se realizo con dos finalidades: 1.- Comprobar la repercusion que el farmaco beta-bloqueante propranolol puede tener sobre la actividad secretora de las celulas endocrinas cardiacas.  2.- Establecer la posible existencia de una relacion entre la secrecion de anp y los niveles de melatonina en sangre.Se utilizaron 18 hamsters sirios machos distribuidos en tres grupos (seis animales por grupo):  control (no tratados), experimental i (inyectados con un volumen de suero salino de 20 ml\/kg) y experimental ii (inyectados con propranolol a dosis de 20 mg\/kg). Estos animales fueron sacrificados por decapitacion en dos puntos horarios: 6h.A.M. Tres animales por grupo y 1h.P.M. Tambien tres animales por grupo. Dichas horas se corresponden con los momentos de maxima y minima concentracion de melatonina en sangre.  se extrajo la auricula derecha y se sometio a un procesado para microscopia electronica obteniendose un total de 180 muestras celulares que fueron fotografiadas y ampliadas posteriormente hasta la obtencion de un aumento final de x 10.000. Sobre estas muestras se realizaron estudios ultraestructurales y morfometricos.  los resultados obtenidos son los siguientes: 1- el porcentaje de granulos de secrecion presente en las muestras no varia en funcion de los momentos de maxima y minima concentracion de melatonina en sangre. 2- el propranolol posee una accion sobre la actividad secretora de estas celulas que varia segun el momento de su administracion y se manifiesta en el porcentaje de granulos presentes en las muestras y sobre su distribucion. 3.- El propranolol produce otras dos modificaciones ultraestructurales: acumulacion de gotas lipidicas y nucleo llamativamente eucromatico en los animales sacrificados a 1h.P.M.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estructura y ultraestructura de las celulas endocrinas cardiacas en condiciones normales y experimentales.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estructura y ultraestructura de las celulas endocrinas cardiacas en condiciones normales y experimentales. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Fau Cubero M.
