{"id":129437,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/transporte-de-mercancias-por-carretera-un-analisis-contractual\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"transporte-de-mercancias-por-carretera-un-analisis-contractual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/transporte-de-mercancias-por-carretera-un-analisis-contractual\/","title":{"rendered":"Transporte de mercancias por carretera: un analisis contractual."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alberto Fernandez Alonso <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo analiza la estructura organizativo-contractual del transporte de mercancias por carretera con base en un marco teorico que combina las literaturas de los costes de transaccion, la agencia y los derechos de propiedad.El sector estudiado se ha caracterizado tradicionalmente por una elevada fragmentacion empresarial, con pocas empresas que integren un numero sustancial de vehiculos y conductores.  sin embargo, tal fragmentacion es solo aparente, ya que la mayoria de los transportes estan en manos de relativamente pocas organizaciones, que realizan su actividad principalmente a traves de la contratacion de transportistas autonomos. Esta estructura organizativa mixta, que permite aprovechar economias de escala, es preferida a la integracion vertical porque presenta ventajas en terminos de control de la productividad del conductor. Por otra parte, la habitual continuidad en la relacion entre la empresa contratante y los autonomos se puede explicar por la presencia de inversiones especificas a dicha relacion. Dichas inversiones permiten explicar tambien que las empresas dedicadas a transportes especializados sean las que integran un mayor numero de vehiculos. Por ultimo, los cambios regulatorios y tecnologicos contribuyen a explicar algunas modificaciones en los acuerdos contractuales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
