<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se pretende con esta investigacion una sistematizacion estadistico-inferencial de los procederes particulares de analisis y toma de decisiones habidas en torno a un contexto empresarial concreto y para una especifica situacion laboral, con la finalidad de esclarecer el tipo y naturaleza de las relaciones existentes entre las condiciones organizativas de trabajo (externas al trabajador) y el desempe\u00f1o del colectivo laboral \u00abreparto de productos perecederos\u00bb.Se utilizaron definiciones del desempe\u00f1o y de las condiciones organizativas de trabajo de caracter operacional, a traves de indicadores observables consensuados para esta particular situacion de estudio.El colectivo de analisis esta conformado por repartidores divididos en dos areas de trabajo geograficamente diferenciadas.Las pruebas de significacion estadistica utilizadas fueron: la prueba parametrica de la mediana, la prueba de la mediana de fisher-irwin, y la prueba t de student para muestras independientes.Los resultados obtenidos nos inducen a concluir que la existencia o no de interaccion entre las condiciones organizativas de trabajo (externas al trabajador) y el desempe\u00f1o, para el colectivo en estudio, esta regida por la naturaleza que tome la variable: \u00abtipo de tarea a desarrollar\u00bb (tareas de extricto cumplimiento versus tareas dimensionales
