Esta filosofia es la respuesta a la crisis de la razon moderna que, agotada en su capacidad para generar un discurso acorde con las necesidades intelectuales del momento historico, tiene que dar paso a una nueva interpretacion de la razon que ha de ser entendida como razon vital y como razon historica. Este nuevo modelo de razon reclama una logica dialectica que muestra al conocimiento como un proceso en el que se integran diversas perspectivas que se toman de lo real.  la vida, principio de la filosofia, es devenir e historia y por ello se exige tambien que el saber acerca de ella sea historico y, en consecuencia, tambien dialectico, porque la historia deviene dialecticamente: cada momento
