Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una de las principales ventajas de la cromatografia liquida micelar (mlc) es la posibilidad de inyeccion directa de fluidos biologicos (suero, orina, etc.) En el sistema cromatografico sin necesidad de separar previamente las proteinas de la muestra. Sin embargo, hasta el momento se han descrito relativamente pocas aplicaciones de la mlc al analisis de drogas y farmacos en dichos fluidos.  en la presente tesis doctoral se aportan nuevos datos a cerca de las ventajas y limitaciones de la tecnica mlc, evaluando en columnas convencionales de fase inversa al efecto de fases moviles micelares sobre el comportamiento cromatografico de solutos de especial importancia biomedica, concretamente, las drogas anticancerigenas 6-mercaptopurina (6-mp) y 6-tioguanina (6-tg) y algunos de sus metabolitos (6-mercaptopurina ribosido (6-mpr), 6-tioguanosina (6-tgr) y 6-tioxantina (6-tx), asi como el agente quelante desferrioxamina (dfo) y sus complejos con fe(iii) y al(iii).  en primer lugar, se ha puesto a punto un metodo mediante mlc con fases moviles micelares del tensoactivo anionico dodecilsulfato sodico (sds) para el analisis de 6-tiopurinas tanto en preparados farmaceuticos como en suero humano, con inyeccion directa de las muestras en el cromatografo, en un rango de concentraciones comprendido entre el limite de deteccion y 4 ug\/ml.  en segundo lugar, la tecnica de mlc empleando fases moviles micelares del tensoactivo anionico sds o del no-ionico polioxietilen23dodecil eter (brij-35) permite la separacion de dfo de sus quelatos con hierro y aluminio, y resulta ser adecuada para la determinacion de dfo en suero humano con inyeccion directa de la muestra, si bien, los limites de deteccion obtenidos con deteccion espectrofotometrica no son adecuados para aplicar dicha metodolog\u00eda al analisi de dfo en muestras reales.  en consecuencia, se ha desarrollado finalmente un metodo analitico mediante hplc convencionales (fases moviles hidroorganicas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>La cromatografia liquida micelar: su aplicacion al analisis de compuestos de interes clinico.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 La cromatografia liquida micelar: su aplicacion al analisis de compuestos de interes clinico. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Menendez Fraga M.
