Los parametros analizados fueron 17 metales pesados (al, as, be, cd, co, cr, cu, fe, hg, mn, na, ni, pb, sb, se, v y zn) y 7 parametros organicos (oxidabilidad (kmno4), hidrocarburos disueltos o emulsionados, fenoles totales, agentes tensoactivos, trihalometanos, plaguicidas y productos similares e hidrocarburos aromaticos policiclicos). El analisis se realizoen muestras de agua prepotables y potablizadas de 7 poblaciones de la comunidad de castilla y leon, lo cualpermitio, ademas de conocer el grado de contaminacion de dichas aguas, evaluar tanto la eficacia de los tratamientos de potabilizacion en la eliminacion de los micropolucionantes como, eventualmente, la incorporacion de otros en el tratamiento de potabilizacion o durante la permanencia del agua en las redes urbanas de distribucion.
