Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria, despues de la revision bibliografica referente a ciclolignanos, se ha planteado una estrategia de modificacion de las posiciones y fragmentos estructurales mas importantes para la actividad, que son la propia lactona y las posiciones 7, 8 y 9. Asi se ha realizado la sintesis de 20 derivados pirazolicos, 11 derivados isoxazolicos y oximas en 7, y 30 derivados no lactonicos.  se ha puesto a punto la sintesis de anillos pentagonales fusionados con el ciclolignano, se ha comparado la reactividad de la cis y trans-lactonas, se ha realizado un analisis de relacion estructura-actividad y se han llevado a cabo estudios de modelizacion molecular, que han permitido proponer un nuevo mecanismo de accion citotoxica.  sobre la mayor parte de derivados obtenidos, se llevaron a cabo ensayos de actividad antineoplasica, actividad antivirica, de inhibicion enzimatica y de inhibicion de la sintesis de biomoleculas, asi como ensayos de actividad inmunosupresora.
