{"id":129613,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-distribucion-de-fotorreceptores-en-la-fovea-humana-mediante-interferometria-ocular-de-speckle\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-la-distribucion-de-fotorreceptores-en-la-fovea-humana-mediante-interferometria-ocular-de-speckle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/estudio-de-la-distribucion-de-fotorreceptores-en-la-fovea-humana-mediante-interferometria-ocular-de-speckle\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la distribucion de fotorreceptores en la fovea humana mediante interferometria ocular de \u00abspeckle\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Susana Marcos Celestino <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El mosaico de conos en la fovea humana no es resoluble a traves de la optica ocular mediante tecnicas convencionales por lo que jasta ahora no era posible determinar objetivamente y en vivo la lopografia de dicho mosaico.Basandonos en la tecnica de interferometria de \u00abspeckle\u00bb hemos desarrollado un nuevo metodo de alta resolucion con el que hemos medido el espaciado de conos a distintas excentricidades foveales en cinco sujetos.La idea basica del metodo (interferometria ocular de \u00abspeckle\u00bb) consiste en el registro de imagenes de corta exposicion de la fovea y posterior computo del espectro de potencia promedio, el cual presenta un anillo cuyo radio medio es la frecuencia caracteristica del mosaico en la region bajo estudio. Esta disminuye progresivamente con la distancia a la fovea y varia considerablemente entre sujetos. Estos datos, primera referencia objetiva en el centro de la fovea de sujetos vivos, concuerdan con previos anatomicos y psicofisicos. Una simulacion computacional del proceso ha permitido valorar la tecnica y anticipar posibles mejoras. La resolucion alcazada por el metodo varia con los sujetos. Esta no depende de la calidad optica ocular, sino de la anchura de la funcion de stiles-crawford de los sujetos, que determina una disminucion del tama\u00f1o de la pupila efectiva.  medidas realizadas en los mismos sujetos demuestran que la densidad optica de los fotopigmentos disminuye con la excentricidad de manera similar a como lo hace la densidad de conos. Asimismo, la frecuencia de nequist del mosaico predice la agudeza visual de nuestros sujetos excepto a 0 donde limita la optica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
