Montserrat <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado un estudio inmunohistoqimico (lhrh, tirosina hidroxilasa (th)) y jltraestructural del sistema de cisternas de la region tuberoinfundibular de ratas de ambos sexos durante el periodo prepuberal.Las observaciones realizadas confirman hallazgos previos del departamento sobre la presencia de la prolongacion lateral del receso infundibular en los anumales recien nacidos. Asimismo se ha comprobado que con cierta frecuencia aparece un mamelon que se proyecta desde el territorio del nucleo arcuato hacia el angulo lateral del receso infundibular.  los resultados confirman que durante los primeros catorce dias de vida no se observan cisternas en la region tuberoinfundibular de ratas de ambos sexos. Las primeras cisternas se observan el 15. Dia de edad, momento a partir del cual se observa un progresivo incrmento en el numero y en el tama\u00f1o de las cisternas, hasta llegar al dia treinta de edad, en el que el aspecto del sistema de cisternas ya es identico al que presenta en animales de mayor edad y adultos.  respecto a la relacion de las fibras lhrh con las cisternas, confirmamos que esta relacion existe desde el mismo momento en que las cisternas hacen su aparicion constante y afecta a todas las cisternas independientemente de su localizacion.
