A las 10 semanas de edad, 20 ratones recibieron irradiacion timica (4.500 rads de dosis total), estudiandose: la supervivencia, ac anti-dsdna, subclases de igs, cic totales y cic gp70 anti-gp70, en comparacion con 30 ratones b x w no-irradiados (ni). Se observo mejoria de la supervivencia en el grupo con itt: el 50, de mortalidad se observo a los 9 meses en los ratones ni y a los 12 meses en los ratones itt. Este aumento en la supervivencia no se acompa\u00f1o de una reduccion en los titulos de ac anti-dsdna ni en los niveles totales de cic, los cuales fueron identicos en ambos grupos. Por el contrario, los niveles de igg3 y de cic gp70-anti-gp70 se redujeron selectivamente (p&lt;0.001) en los ratones b x w-itt en comparacion con los ratones b x w-ni.  estos resultados muestran que el efecto beneficioso de la itt en hembras b x w se asocia con un descenso en los niveles de igg3 y cic gp70-anti-gp70. Estos datos sugieren que las lesiones glomerulares que se desarrollan en las hembras b x w estan relacionadas con un incremento en la produccion de igg3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
