{"id":129846,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/papel-de-los-materiales-extracelulares-en-la-multiplicacion-celular-del-sistema-nervioso-central-en-desarrollo\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"papel-de-los-materiales-extracelulares-en-la-multiplicacion-celular-del-sistema-nervioso-central-en-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/papel-de-los-materiales-extracelulares-en-la-multiplicacion-celular-del-sistema-nervioso-central-en-desarrollo\/","title":{"rendered":"Papel de los materiales extracelulares en la multiplicacion celular del sistema nervioso central en desarrollo."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Sonsoles Piedra Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la actualidad, se considera que los materiales extracelulares influencian profundamente la biolog\u00eda de las celulas, ejerciendo sus efectos a traves de una familia de receptores especificos de la superficie celular: las integrinas.El techo de la vesicula rombencefalica proporciona un modelo expermiental muy interesante que permite establecer comparaciones entre los materiales extracelulares que se relacionan con las celulas de esta estructura con escasa o nula actividad mitotica y los que se relacionan con zonas de actividad mitotica intensa.Las observaciones y experimentos realizados con ortovanadato sodico, un inhibidor especifico de protein-tirosin fosfatasas, en la vesicula rombencefalica de embriones de pollo entre los estadios 10-18 de hamburger y hamilton, para analizar la membrana basal que le rodea y determinar la posible influencia que ejerce esta sobre las distintas zonas de la vesicula rombencefalica, muestran como se produce una inhibicion del adelgazamiento del techo y como la positividad a la laminina, tenascina, pcna y timidina-h3 en esta zona en los embriones controles, desaparece en los experimentales. Asimismo, el marcaje positivo de celulas en apoptosis con naranja de acridina en embriones controles, practicamente desaparecen en los experimentales.  nuestros resultados apoyan la idea de que el crecimiento del snc, al menos durante las primeras fases del desarrollo, esta regulado por las caracteristicas bioquimicas y estructurales de los materiales extracelulares y muy especialmente de la
