Por otro lado se presente un novedoso modelo de gran se\u00f1al para dispositivos hemt de potencia que da cuenta del fenomeno de la comprension de la transductancia y es facilmente implementable en simuladores no lineales comerciales del tipo de mds, libra, harmonica, etc.  por ultimo decir que todo este trabajo de investigacion ha sentado las bases para obtener nuevos modelos no lineales de mesfet por parte de otros miembros del grupo de modelos, los cuales han sido objeto de otras tesis doctorales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
