Se presentan dos experiencias fisiologicas (ingesta de 1 l. De agua en un minuto y aumento de la ingesta normal de liquidos en 3.5 veces la normal) y dos patologicas (sindrome de secrecion inadecuada de adh y deshidratacion hipernetremica con reposicion del deficit de liquidos mediante pauta clinica o dise\u00f1ada mediante la informacion aportada por el modelo). Los comportamientos obtenidos mediante simulacion reproducen los reales. Se propone un mecanismo original de control de la actividad simpatica renal y de autorregulacion.
