Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La g3p dhasa no fosforilante dependiente de nadp+ es un enzima citosolico que se encuentra presente en organismos fotosinteticos eucarioticos. Los niveles celulares de las tres actividades g3p dhasas de microalgas aumentan en cultivos fotoautotroficos hasta niveles maximos debido a sintesis de novo de proteinas, manteniendose constante en la oscuridad.  la presencia de azucares metabolizables, la ausencia de co2 y las condiciones microaerobicas provocan una drastica caida de la actividad g3p dhasa cloroplastica hasta valores indetectables. En cambio los azucares provocan un aumento en los niveles de las g3p dhasas citosolicas. Estos patrones de regulacion permiten sugerir un papel para la g3p dhasa no fosforilante, alternativo al propuesto en fotosintesis en el metabolismo degradativo de carbohidratos.  la purificacion del enzima de c.
