Comenzamos revisando la literatura en torno la consideracion del binomio formacion y trabajo, y la referida a la planificacion de las acciones formativas, concretando todo ello, posteriormente, en el contexto de la administracion. Lo cual nos permitio formular una serie de hipotesis que nos guiasen en la busqueda de variables significativas de cara al dise\u00f1o de acciones formativas de este personal, en razon de sus caracteristicas laborales. El dise\u00f1o de un cuestionario, junto con la realizacion de entrevistas, constituyeron las estrategias metodologicas que nos permitirian recabar informacion de los implicados, y en base a la cual presentariamos los correspondientes analisis descriptivos y estadisticos, empleado en estos casos tablas y graficos como recursos para la simplificacion de los resultados. Entre estos cabe resaltar la identificacion del grupo profesional y la unidad administrativa como dos variables asociadas significativamente a las funciones\/tareas que realiza el personal de administracion y servicios. Terminaremos la presentacion del estudio aludiendo a una serie de implicaciones del mismo tanto en el ambito organizativo y de evaluacion de la calidad de la universidad, como, especialmente, en el
