Tras ocho semanas de experimentacion se realiza estudio histomorfometrico estatico y dinamico previo marcaje con tetraciclinas.  realizamos control de parametros bioquimicos de ca, p y fosfatasa alcalina al inicio y final de la experimentacion y control de metabolismo oseo al inicio del estudio (5 conejos).  tanto en el grupo tratado con cts como en el grupo tratado con cemp encontramos una evidente actividad osea con predominio de la formacion osea; manifestada con aumento en la actividad de los osteoblastos (aumento de la superficie de osteoide), en la aposicionmineral (doble banda de tetraciclina) y en la tasa de formacion osea (bmu). Por el contrario en el grupo sin tratamiento observabamos ausencia de trabajo oseo (velocidad de aposicion y bmu) con disminucion del volumen oseo.
