La tradicional consideracion por la que existen ciertos valores culturales asociados a cada sexo y la preeminencia de los valores asociados al sexo masculino en la cultura organizacional y en la figura del directivo, ha llevado a muchas mujeres, y tambien hombres, no encuentren su hueco en las organizaciones.  rechazando este punto de partida, consideramos la necesidad de un cambio en dicha cultura de manera que evolucione hacia un pluralismo que no haga prevalecer unos valores sobre otros; opcion esta que se hace cada vez mas necesaria dados los cambios que se estan produciendo en los valores sociales, y de su incidencia tanto a nivel organizacional como en el perfil del directivo que se esboza para el siglo xxi. Muestra de ello es el estudio empirico que aportamos en el que no encontramos indicios de que el sexo determine los valores culturales y la capacidad para el liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
