Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La estructura antigenica de 6 aislados de g.Lamblia, axenizados en medio tyi-s-33, tras separacion electroforetica (sds-page), demuestra un peso molecular de las proteinas de superficie entre 200 y 24 kda, con variabilidad en los patrones proteicos. Los epitopos de g.Lamblia son de naturaleza proteica y glicoproteica, integrados por glucanos y\/o d-manosa, d-glucosa, d-n-acetilglucosamina, l-fucosa y d-galactosa. Estudio de la respuesta serologica especifica (igg, igm e iga) por inmunofluorescencia ( ifi ) e inmunoblot en pacientes con giardiasis. La sensibilidad de la ifi para igg, igm e iga es del 94%, 70% y 39%. Por inmunoblot demostramos que la proteina de 88 kda es la mas inmunogena seguida de 33, 66 y 56 kda. No es posible demostrar un patron de respuesta de anticuerpos anti-giardia de parasitacion aguda, cronica y de reinfeccion por inmunoblot (discriminacion logistica multivariante). Deteccion genomica de g.Lamblia en heces por amplificacion enzimatica de adn mediante pcr, con los iniciadores ggl y ggr, seleccionando las condiciones de amplificacion.
