aclarar hasta que punto los empleados participan en las empresas Valencianas segun es percibido por sus superiores, el proposito central que guiaba esta investigacion era: determinar en que medida el grado en que emplea un directivo el estilo de direccion participativo, atendiendo a cuatro niveles de influencia progresiva; informacion, consulta, cooperacion y delegacion, a diferencia del que desearia utilizar que tambien sera evaluado, se relaciona con: la cultura organizativa y las creencias directivas, el nivel de analisis en que situemos la participacion (individual, grupal y organizacional) y la variable tarea (dividida en cuatro tipos: establecimiento de objetivos, toma de decisiones, solucion de problemas y planificacion e introduccion de procesos de cambio), algunos aspectos socio-laborales, resultados que se esperan alcanzar elevando el grado de participacion, grado de poder de los directivos encuestados, necesidad de introducir procesos de cambio, y el efecto
