Y de otras lineas de origen tumoral. En la tesis doctoral demostramos que la inhibicion de la pkc es capaz ademas de inhibir la proliferacion de cultivos primarios de celulas no tumorales, de lineas continuas no tumorigenicas y de celulas transformadas. Se estudia tambien el efecto del h-7 (un inhibidor de la pkc) sobre la proliferacion del tumor ascitico de ehrlich implantado a ratones.
