Se ha obtenido la regeneracion de plantas por las dos rutas organogenicas, proliferacion de yemas axilares y diferenciacion de yemas adventicias. Las plantas fueron aclimatadas y siguieron un desarrollo normal en las condiciones de campo.  tambien se realizaron estudios sobre el aislamiento y cultivo de celulas aisladas de callos inducidos en
