Asimismo se ha realizado un estudio sobre la incidencia de alfatoxina m1 en leche comercial empleando esta metodolog\u00eda. Por otro aldo, esta tesis incluye tambien un estudio sobre la validez de la tecnica desarrollada para el analisis de la aflatoxina m1 en leche en polvo, utilizando los materiales certificados
