Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han seleccionado 20 especies vegetales de diverso origen (africano, asiatico, y de la comunidad Valenciana) cuyo empleo terapeutico en patolog\u00edas dermicas esta descrito pero no existen trabajos farmacognosticos previos en este sentido, con el fin de ratificar experimentalmente sus propiedades antiinflamatorias.  todas ellas han sido sometidas a un \u00abscreening\u00bb de actividad farmacologica mediante diferentes metodos \u00abin vivo\u00bb, edema agudo auricular en raton inducido por tpa y acido araquidonico, inflamacion cronica auricular en raton inducida por tpa y reaccion de hipersensibilidad retardada inducida por oxazolona tambien en oreja de raton, con la consiguiente medida de los niveles de mieloperoxidasa liberada y el estudio histologico de las biopsias obtenidas de estas dos ultimas pruebas.  paralelamente se ha puesto a punto un metodo polarografico para el estudio \u00abin vitro\u00bb de la inhibicion de la actividad pla2.  se han seleccionado las especies z. Africana y p. Cocos para el aislamiento de sus principios activos. Habiendose identificado en ambos casos compuestos de estructura triterpenica de tipo oleanano y lanostano, respectivamente.
