doctoral presentada realiza un estudio de los modelos de comportamiento de los sistemas multiprocesador, para  ubicar correctamente en este ambito los mecanismos de recuperacion de errores hacia atras.Las conclusiones del estudio permiten establecer los requisitos necesarios para la inclusion de mecanismos de recuperacion correctos en sistemas mono y multiprocesador.Se proponen dos mecanismos de recuperacion para un sistema real basado en el futurebus+ como bus del sistema y el procesador mips r4400mc, de los cuales se realiza, asi mismo, el dise\u00f1o detallado.  posteriormente se efectuan una serie de simulaciones comparando las prestaciones de los dos mecanismos frente a un sistema que no incorpore tecnicas de recuperacion.  se incluye ademas la especificacion, dise\u00f1o e
