Sales <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estudio prospectivo en el que se incluyeron 93 pacientes diagnosticados de e.H.C. Por v.H.C. Que presentan respuesta inicial al tratamiento con 5 mu de ifn alfa administrado sc., 3 por semana durante 2 meses. Los pacientes se trataron 6 o 12 meses, evaluandose antes y despues del tto. Clinica, bioquimica, virologica y morfologicamente, incluyendo biopsia hepatica basal y 6 m pos. Tto. Con determinacion de i. Knodell tanto cualitativa como cuantitativamente. A los 6 meses tras finalizar tratamiento, normalizaron transas 37 pts (39.8%), negativizaron rna 27 (29.2%). Mejoraron la histolog\u00eda 45% de los casos. Asi como tambien el ik global, la necrosis portal y lobulillar y la inflamacion portal.
