Los resultados indican que el estado hipofibrinolitico asociado a la pe, mediado por un aumento de pai-i en plasma, es consecuencia de una sintesis aumentada de pai-i en rna en el sincitiotrofoblasto de la placenta.  se observo que la disminucion en los niveles de pai-2 plasmatico asociada al retardo de crecimiento intrauterino se debe a una disminucion en la sintesis de pai-2 en rna en el sincitiotrofoblasto. Existe un paralelismo en las alteraciones de los pais entre pe y mh. No se detecto colocalizacion entre el pai-i y la vitronectina en la placenta.  el factor tisular no parece estar implicado en el desarrollo de la preecampsia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
